Asset+ is delighted to have been selected by the London Borough of Lambeth as their decarbonisation  partner through the Re:Fit Framework. The programme extends the work delivered by the Asset+ team through a previous tranche of the framework and continues to build on the strong relationships created with the Lambeth Climate Change and Sustainability team who have big ambitions across the Borough. The initial programme of £2.5M covers a number of heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency measures across educational buildings owned by the Council.

This award shows real action behind the Councils declaration of a climate emergency and is a significant contribution to Lambeth’s objectives of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030 and reaping the economic rewards of a clean growth revolution, while eliminating health and social inequalities and the costs associated with them.

“Absolutely delighted to have secured this fantastic opportunity and it is a real credit to the work our team have put in to build such a strong reputation and successful track record in this critical area of decarbonising non domestic buildings. We are confident of delivering on our commitments to Lambeth and continuing to strengthen our position as the UK’s leading independent energy performance specialist”

Paul Burnett – Managing Director, Asset+
