Asset+ are delighted to announce their appointment by Argyll and Bute Council to design and deliver a comprehensive energy efficiency programme across the regions estate.

Argyll and Bute Council covers the second-largest administrative area of any Scottish council accounting for over 88,000 people over 7,000km. The council area adjoins those of Highland, Perth and Kinross, Stirling and West Dunbartonshire and its border runs through Loch Lomond.

Significant energy efficiency opportunities are known to exist and will be developed and implemented by Asset+ through the Scottish Government’s Non Domestic Energy Efficiency (NDEE) Framework. This will support Argyll and Bute Council in meeting challenging energy and carbon reduction targets at a local and national level. The NDEE framework is aimed at facilitating the implementation of energy efficiency within non-domestic buildings in the Scottish public sector

“We are thrilled to be able to support Argyll and Bute Council through the NDEE Framework to meet their climate commitments. Our business mission is to enable organisations to thrive in a Decarbonised, Decentralised and Digitalised future. We are already working hard to deliver on this partnership and exceed the commitments we have made to Argyll and Bute, whilst continuing to reinforce our status as the UK’s leading independent energy performance specialist.”
