Asset+ are delighted to have secured a position on the Scottish Government’s non-domestic energy efficiency (NDEE) framework aimed at facilitating the implementation of energy efficiency within non-domestic buildings in the Scottish public sector.

There are approximately 200,000 non-domestic buildings in Scotland, and these vary widely in terms of construction, size, and in particular their use, whether it’s as shops, offices, factories, warehouses, or hotels. The framework covers non-domestic energy efficiency retrofit, in its broadest sense, to public sector buildings and grounds including a combination of building fabric, building environmental services systems and their control (for example heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, water etc) and local energy regeneration (including combined heat and power systems and district heating systems).

As a UK independent provider of energy reduction and zero carbon generation measures, this appointment builds upon the successful ‘award winning’ work we have delivered within both the public and private sector across the British Isles. We are thrilled to be able to support contracting authorities across Scotland through the NDEE Framework to meet their climate commitments and ensure they are positioned to thrive in a zero carbon economy. Our approach on all energy performance contracts is to operate as a partner, creating valued, single-sourced, efficient energy solutions delivered with passion, expertise, teamwork and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
