Asset+ are delighted to have been selected onto the Strategic Energy and Asset Management Performance Framework (SEAM). Managed by the Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, SEAM is a multiple supplier framework established to strategically address energy and asset management. Seam utilises experienced energy performance specialists such as Asset+ to provide the capability, finance, knowledge and expertise in energy, including backlog maintenance within the public sector
The framework covers the complete range of energy efficient technologies, practices and demand reduction for the wider public sector. In addition, the Asset Management aspect focuses on current and alternative means of ensuring backlog maintenance and energy assets are appropriately addressed whilst providing energy reductions across the wider estate. All projects are deployed using specialised contracts guaranteeing the performance of the services and technologies, either on kilowatt hours, financial or carbon measures over a period of up to 20 years.
Being selected onto this framework provides us with further opportunity to expand our market leading energy performance offering across the UK’s public sector. We are looking forward to working with the Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust team to deliver on the opportunities this framework will create.
